Look at the river from the north rim,
weave in and out of our sight.
Remember this is alright,
many never get to see it in their lives.
How do we learn to come to terms with parts of us too old to die?
Funny how too old to die is a saying that can rarely be applied to anything. Look at the river from the shoreline,
battering all that's below.
Remember,
this goes to show we are powerless to fight against it's flow.
Because the rocks that line the stream bed once were enormous in size,
it should come as no surprise that we were never meant to see the river dry, in any case.
